Rhian has worked in Gwaun cae Gurwen dental Practice for over 30 years.
She is the practice manager and is fully trained in providing the patients with the care experience that they should expect from her team. She has management training for ILM level 3&4 and IQT Silver level training.
Rhian will help patients with any queries from the time they enter the practice.
She can provide advice on treatment availability, cost and payment methods and if for any reason patients are not satisfied with our service Rhian will ensure their unmet needs are recorded and acted upon.
